Generative FeasibilityComing soon

Compare massing options on cost, carbon and coordination risk — before design lock.

Generative Feasibility will explore a handful of massing options against your site and brief, score each on embodied carbon, cost, and gross floor area, and flag likely coordination risk between structure, MEP, and program — early enough to change course cheaply.

How it will work

  1. 01

    Set the brief

Enter site boundary, height limits, budget envelope, and a carbon target for the pursuit.

  2. 02

    Compare scored options

Keystone proposes a small set of massing variants, each scored on carbon, cost, and GFA against published benchmarks — every figure labeled estimated.

  3. 03

    See coordination risk early

Overlapping zones between the structural grid, MEP corridors, and program are flagged as potential coordination risk, well before a detailed model exists.

Why every result says “estimated”

This module scores parametric massing against benchmark data — it is not a replacement for a full BIM coordination pass, and it will never claim to be. A flagged coordination risk is a heads-up for your design team to look closer, not a resolved clash — a real structural or MEP conflict is never auto-resolved by the system, only ever surfaced for a human to review.

Target: after Document AI, once the platform's citation and review patterns are proven on two modules.
